How can I follow the progress of my order ?

To follow the status of your order, go to the section My account - ›History of my orders, you will find all the information related to your order (s). You will also receive a follow-up email.


Can I cancel my choice of gift ?

No. Once your order has been placed, it is very difficult to cancel your choice. In fact, the processing of your order is immediately transmitted to our suppliers and your gift can be shipped within an hour or within 24 hours.


I would like to change the delivery address for my order.

You have the possibility to modify the delivery address of your order.If you have not yet received a confirmation email indicating that your package has been processed, you can contact us via the contact form or in the My section. account - ›History of my orders.

What to do in case of delivery of a damaged package ?

All packages are strictly checked before shipment. However, if your package is damaged or not in conformity with its delivery, we invite you to contact us directly in the section My account - ›History of my orders you will find at the bottom of the page the form for adding a message. Then select the product concerned to send us your complaint.


What are the delivery times ?

The deadlines can vary from 3 to 5 days for a product in stock and from 7 to 20 days for a product on order from our supplier. Some references may give rise to a longer period, depending on transport, restocking or availability constraints.


What are the delivery costs ?

All shipping costs are included. Only returns or redeliveries are the responsibility of the beneficiary.
