How do I return a non-compliant or defective item ?

You can notify us via the form in the My account -> History of my orders section and in the page at the bottom, you will find the form for adding a message at the bottom of the page. Select the product concerned to send us your message. We will tell you how to return the defective package.


I did not get my points refund.
